Birds Are Gone - So On To Butterflies
As things cool down here in Maine, the birds, which I love to photograph, have either left or are leaving very soon. So, one has to move on to something else and that seems to be butterflies. I am able to go to a very nice flower garden close by where I can often get shots of a selection of butterflies with limited effort. So, for this posting, I offer a group of recent captures which come from this garden. First, we start off with a picture of the garden itself.
This flower garden is planned on paper each year, and carefully planted and cared for with loving attention by a local resident with hours of work.
